Guarantee Waiver
The individual named below (“I” or “me”), recognizes that by not following best practices, as recommended by Larger Than Lice, the guarantee, as follows, is void. (If head lice are discovered despite following instructions, Larger Than Lice will provide free-of-charge retreatment as part of the 100% lice-free guarantee policy.)
Larger Than Lice 6 Week Lice-Free Guarantee Requirements:
Experts must screen all family members living in the household (including babysitter).
All family members who test positive for cases of lice must be treated on the same day, or within 48 hours, by a Larger Than Lice®️ expert
The treated members must follow the aftercare instructions provided by the lice expert, including the home and personal items lice-cleaning instructions provided on the day of the lice treatment appointment.
Thus, by not having everyone in my household screened and treated for head lice, which goes against the recommendations of Larger Than Lice, I know that the 100% lice-free guarantee policy is void, and that if reinfestation does occur, the retreatment will not be free and will have to be paid for in accordance with Larger Than Lice’s prices and policies.
